SHIPPING POLICY
1. Scope of Application

Initiator: Services apply to shipments via BZCRT E-commerce Platform, originating from Mainland China or Hong Kong Region.

Coverage: Global majority regions (EU, North America, Central Asia, Middle East, South America, Southeast Asia, etc.), excluding sanctioned regions, remote areas, and regions with interrupted routes due to force majeure.

Goods: General commodities complying with China’s export regulations and destination import laws (excluding prohibited/restricted items).
2. Shipping & Timeframes

Channels: International express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air/sea dedicated lines, multimodal transport (China-Europe Railway Express + cross-border e-commerce).

Preparation Time: 7 working days reserved for all goods by the platform.

Transit Time: 3-7 workdays (international express), 7-15 workdays (air dedicated lines), 30-60 workdays (sea dedicated lines) (excluding customs delays and holidays).

Delay Liability: No breach liability for non-logistics delays (force majeure, customs inspection, incorrect consignee info), but logistics tracking and clearance assistance will be provided.
3. Packaging & Labeling

Packaging: Rigid cartons + cushioning for general goods; reinforced packaging + "FRAGILE" label for fragile goods; pallet reinforcement for oversized goods.

Labeling: Clear consignee name, full address (with postal code), contact, and declaration elements; bilingual (Chinese-English) labels for international express.
4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Prohibited: Dangerous goods (explosives, flammables), contraband (drugs, counterfeit currency), special items (live animals, endangered species products), cash/valuables (over $5,000 artworks, over $1,000 watches).

Restricted: Food/medicines (FDA/CE certification required), electronic products (UN38.3 battery report), medical devices (import license required).

5. Customs Clearance & Taxes

Responsibility: DDU (default: shipper handles export clearance; consignee handles import clearance) / DDP (platform handles import clearance with advance tax prepayment).

Tax Payment: DDU (consignee pays); DDP (shipper prepays, balance adjusted post-clearance).

Declaration: Truthful information required; penalties for under-declaration/misdeclaration borne by the shipper.

6. Protection & Compensation

Basic Compensation: Max $100/shipment (international express) or $20/kg (dedicated lines) for carrier-liability loss/damage.

Exclusions: No compensation for improper packaging, natural wear, inherent quality issues, or force majeure.

Additional Insurance: Optional for goods over $1,000 (rate: 0.5%-2% of declared value); claims submitted within 7 workdays of receipt, compensated within 15 workdays post-approval.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
BZCRT Platform Return and Exchange Policy
This Return and Exchange Policy applies to users who make direct purchases on the BZCRT Platform.
Thank you for choosing BZCRT. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. To ensure you have a clear understanding of your rights, please carefully read the following return and exchange policy.
I. General Provisions on Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving the goods. To ensure a smooth process, please ensure the goods meet the following conditions:

Unused and uninstalled: Maintain the original condition as received, with all accessories, labels, and packaging intact.

No artificial damage: Free from scratches, wear, stains, or functional faults.

Valid documents provided: Please submit the original purchase proof (order number) and the invoice sent with the goods.
II. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following categories of goods will not be accepted for return or exchange in cases of non-quality issues:

Customized products: Products made to your specific requirements, including those customized directly with suppliers.

Opened personal care products.

Software and digital content (e.g., electronic documents, design drawings that have been downloaded or activated).

Clearly marked clearance and special-priced products.

Goods damaged due to improper use, improper storage, or force majeure.
III. Return and Exchange Process

Submit an application: Log in to your BZCRT account, find the corresponding order in "My Orders" and submit a return/exchange application, or contact our customer service team at support@bzcrt.com.

Review and authorization: Our customer service team will review your application within 1-2 working days. Upon approval, we will send the "Return and Exchange Authorization Form" and the specific return address to you via email.

Return the goods: Please send the goods, all original accessories, packaging, gifts, and the "Return and Exchange Authorization Form" together to the address provided. Ensure you use a trackable courier service and keep the logistics receipt.

Receipt and processing: After we receive the returned goods and confirm they comply with the policy, we will process your refund or arrange an exchange within 7 working days.
IV. Refund Instructions

Refund method: The funds will be refunded to your original payment account.

Refund cycle: After the refund is processed, the arrival time varies depending on your bank or payment service provider, usually taking 5-15 working days.

Refund amount: We will refund the amount you paid for the product. Please note that the initial shipping fee and return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. If the return or exchange is caused by our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped, product quality issues), all related shipping fees will be borne by us.
V. Exchange Instructions
If you need an exchange, please follow the above "Return and Exchange Process". We will arrange to ship the new product after confirming receipt of the returned goods. If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will prioritize processing your refund.
VI. Disclaimer
BZCRT shall not be liable for damage to or loss of goods during return shipping caused by the courier company. We recommend you purchase shipping insurance for the returned package or use a trackable courier service.
BZCRT shall not be liable for goods you purchase directly from suppliers via the contact information reserved on this platform.
We reserve the right to update this policy based on actual circumstances. The updated policy will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
